The Eastleigh RFC Clubhouse is available to hire for the following functions:

Birthday (18th & 21st) & Anniversary parties - available throughout the year

• Room for up to 170 people - buffet style
• Bar facility available
• Disco or live band welcome
• Additional cost for door staff

Meetings, Exhibitions & Corporate events - available throughout the year

• Projector with lap top link
• Pull down screen
• TV, video and hi-fi systems
• Refreshments available on request

Christenings, Wedding Receptions, & Post Funeral Receptions

May to August…any day

September to April…not Saturday or Sunday

• Catering for up to 100 people - seated
• Table layout to suit
• Soft seating area available
• Buffets and menus available on request

Evening function incl. bar and staff up to 11:30 pm, £180

Half day time function £90

Full day time function £150

Wedding receptions incl. bar and staff from 3pm-11:30 pm £350

Christenings incl. bar and staff £200

Post funeral receptions incl. bar and staff £200

Special rates for block bookings on application

Refreshments for day time functions available at low cost on application

Buffets & menus can be provided for all functions with prices on application

On site facilities

Floodlit car park…..Function room on first floor with lift…. Toilets, including disabled, on both ground and first floors.…. Outside smokers balcony with seating
